Use this code for documented candidal infections of the bladder, kidneys, prostate, epididymis, or other unspecified urogenital organs. Documentation should explicitly state "candidiasis" or "moniliasis" of a urogenital site other than the vagina, vulva, or urethra.

• Do not use this code for vaginal candidiasis (B37.3) or candidal urethritis (B37.41).
