Use this code for patients presenting with a newly diagnosed, non-surgical fracture of the proximal phalanx of the second, third, fourth, or fifth toe on the right foot. This applies to initial evaluations and treatments for closed fractures, such as those resulting from stubbing a toe or direct impact.
